Advanced Video Integration strives to make sure that every function of our staffs respective daily rolls be it in sales, service, installation or administration duties are carried out in a quality driven procedure based manner.  And that those procedures are continuously reviewed and accessed for change and or improvements that ultimately improve day by day the quality of the services we provide.

Our service charter is to make sure the Advanced Video Integration team understands the importance of good and timely customer service and that each and every staff member recognises there role and responsibility in delivering such service to the highest possible level.
